Learning German through creative activities
The Language Lab introduces children from 5 to 10 years to the world of art and nature. Who was Gustav Klimt? How did the expressionists paint? What is abstract painting? Which animals live in the sea? How does a volcano work? Through experiments and creative activities, all of them with a linguistic focus, the knowledge horizon of the children gets widened and their German skills improved in the long run. Fascinating personalities from the world of art and interesting topics about nature and the animal world are brought closer to the children through activities like painting, crafting, and designing. This way the children’s German skills are strengthened in all areas: vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, semantics.
