Individualised Support for Students with Dyslexia and German as a Second Language

Every child deserves the chance to develop to their full potential - even if reading and writing is not always easy. Our targeted support is aimed at students who need special assistance in acquiring reading and spelling skills, regardless of whether German is their first or second language. The children are taught by LIMU Academy founder herself.
Our expert Mag.a Zwetelina Ortega offers:
-
Individualised work plan: Together we determine where the child stands and which areas can be specifically strengthened. We also take into account the special challenges of children with German as a second language.
-
Well-founded methods: Our support programmes are based on the latest research and rely on proven exercises to improve reading fluency, phonological awareness and orthographic knowledge. Special methods support language acquisition and the internalisation of new vocabulary.
-
Everyday exercises: Playful approaches such as syllable skipping, building words with letter cards, small role-playing games or targeted error searches in texts promote a feeling for language and make progress visible, even for children who are just learning German.
-
Emotional reinforcement: In addition to technical support, we attach great importance to strengthening self-confidence and motivation to learn. Small successes are celebrated in order to maintain the joy of learning. The children's family languages are valued and positively integrated into the learning process.
-
Close co-operation: We actively involve parents and teachers in the support process to ensure sustainable learning success. We pay particular attention to open communication and intercultural sensitivity.
Our aim is to provide individualised support for children with dyslexia and children with German as a second language, to promote their strengths and to show them ways in which they can master challenges with confidence. Together we create the basis for academic and personal success!
